Return Policy
You can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product provided that the following conditions are met:

The products can only be returned if they have a genuine defect, such as sagging or disintegration of the core layer.

The product should be unused, unwashed and free from damage, spillage, soiling, bed-wetting, with all the labels and packaging intact. The product should be in the Fresh Up original packaging.

The receipt/invoice of the product should be provided for return.

Please note that due to hygienic reasons associated with mattresses, we hold the right to reject the cancellation or returns if these items are found to be used.
The Cost of shipping to and fro (from pickup location) for returns will be borne by the customers
Refund Policy:
We refund only if the defect in the product is from our end and on no other circumstances. In the unlikely event of delivery of defective product, please contact the customer care service with the following details:

We will have the product picked up from your address. Once your returned product is received, our team will inspect it. If the damage is legitimate, we will rectify it and return the product, OR you have the option to seek a refund. The refund to your payment mode (credit card/ debit card) will be made within 15 business days, as per the card issuer’s policy. The shipping charges are nonrefundable and will be deducted from the refund. However, if the damage is from your end, the product will be sent back to you and we will not be responsible for refunding the amount paid to you.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping for returning the product.
